Senator Yoder addresses the group, then receives an award of thanks from Leslie Dunn, State Director, on behalf of the Indiana State CASA programs.

Senator Yoder has been a tireless voice in the legislature for the Indiana CASA program, spearheading a $2.1 million funding increase for the state in 2015. Senator Yoder is retiring because he and his wife are expanding their family by adopting two children from the foster care system.
